You can now create a database, put data into it and get the data out again.  What else could you need?  There is much more but as ever it is vital to practise until this all becomes easy before you move on.

The most important thing to make that sure you understand before you move on is that you have not really been doing SQL directly.  If you wanted to you could learn how to do that but there is no need.  PHP can do the work for you and later on you will learn about a tool that makes the administering of and defining the database much easier so that you only need to create Web pages to manipulate the data.  As long as you remember to connect to the database then PHP will send the queries and receive the data for you.
